1. Do I need to be a coach to use this product?

Yes, this software is designed by and for coaches with a specific intent on eliminating the technical challenges as
well as the financial retrictions that prevent many coaches from properly putting themselves out there online.

2. Do I need to be a new coach to use this product?

Not at all! Our users range from new coaches that are just getting started to 7-figure coaches that are looking for
ways to systemize and streamline their launches.

3. What type of membership do I need to get started?

Select one of our monthly or annual plans and get started in minutes!

4. Do the monthly plans require a minimum commitment?

No, they are month-to-month. If at any point you want to cancel your membership, you can cancel it before your
upcoming monthly membership fee and you’ll be able to cancel your membership no questions asked.

5. Do I need to be technical to use this product?

No, we’ve eliminated 99% of the work for you so as long as you can answer some basic questions, you will be able to
create your next marketing funnel for your coaching business.

6. Do I need any other system besides the Coachware platform?

For the time being, yes, you will need an ActiveCampaign account to link your emails to your funnels. Our
development team is hard at work to create a solution that eliminates the need for ActiveCampaign and you will be
able to not only build your funnels but also send your emails directly from Launchware.

7. Can I process payments through Coachware?

Yes, but we are not your merchant account. You will process payments through Stripe, which is integrated within our
platform so you will need a Stripe account to accept payments using Launchware.

8. Do I own my data within Coachware?

Yes, you own your data, your subscribers data, and any content you create on the platform. As long as you are a
member, you have access to that data and if you are planning to cancel, we recommend that you export any data
that you can before cancelling as our system will delete all of the data in your account once you cancel.
